Our Poutine Gravy Mix is an instant powder (for approx. 50 portions) that produces a creamy brown sauce with the rich flavor and color that is typical of "Poutine", which is a mixture of French fries and cheese curds to which is added our hot mixture of sauce "Poutine".

Directions for 4 servings: To 125 ml (1/2 cup) of cold water, add 25g (5 teaspoon) of the sauce mix and mix well. Add mixture to 125ml of boiling water. Bring back to a boil while stirring. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until desired thickness reached and serve (pour on the cheese curds & French fries).
