- 1 old fashion glass
- 1.5 to 2 oz of Brown Acerum
- 1 oz Nyctea maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Brown sugar
- Lemon
Dry shaker (no ice) 1x egg white, 1x oz maple syrup and a few drops of lemon juice. Stir until the foam is thick.
In an old fashion glass, add ice cubes then put 1.5 to 2 oz of Brown Acerum.
Pour in your cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.
