Maple Syrup Dressing is a beautiful vinaigrette made with maple syrup that is perfect with any type of salad or roast vegetables.
It uses a standard 1:3 vinegar to oil ratio, then it’s just naturally sweetened with maple syrup and thickened with mustard.
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp pure Nyctea maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Place ingredients in a jar. Shake until well combined and creamy.
Store: Keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 weeks.
